3 cups self-raising cake and pastry flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 bottle or can of beer
Preheat oven to 350F.
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together (will be sticky).
Pour into greased loaf pan (not too large).
Bake for approximately one hour. Makes one loaf.
